Our shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer these Services.

These Terms of Service, along with all policies incorporated herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on the screens and devices used.

We may modify or discontinue products at any time, without notice, and may limit quantities offered.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests may not always be accepted once an order is confirmed.

Your purchases are subject to our integrated Return Policy (see Section 11).

You warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING

Prices may change without notice. Displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or import charges, where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and up‑to‑date payment information and authorize Torsade Atelier to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Torsade Atelier is powered by Shopify. However, your transactions are conducted directly with Torsade Atelier. Shopify is not responsible for the sales, products, or services we offer.

SECTION 11 — RETURN POLICY (INTEGRATED)

Handmade Items — No Returns

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of an error on our part.

Reporting an Issue

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to report an issue at info@torsadeatelier.ca.

We may request photos of the item received, the packaging, and your order number.

Errors on Our Part

If you receive an incorrect item (model, color, quantity, or any other preparation error), we will take care of the situation. Depending on the case, we may send a replacement item, or issue a full refund if the original item is no longer available and no other item from our collection suits you.

Non‑Returnable Items

No refunds or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of an error on our part.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We may correct any error or inaccuracy on the site, including after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
